Lenny Brody is a founding member of United Neighbors of the 35th Ward. He worked on Carlos Ramirez-Rosa’s successful campaign in 2015 for 35th Ward Alderman that provided the basis for the ward organization. Lenny also worked on Ramirez-Rosa’s re-election campaign and other progressive campaigns in the 2019 election cycle. He has lived in Chicago’s 35th ward for almost 30 years and has been active in many electoral campaigns including the Jeremy Karpen’s Green Party campaign for state representative that built support that led to State Rep. Will Guzzardi’s victory. Lenny is active with the Illinois Poor People’s Campaign and is a strong advocate of the role of the poor and dispossessed in our movement.
